You must know the guidelines that have to be followed while attending the NEET exam:
- Prohibited Items: Candidates cannot bring stationery items such as calculators, writing pads, and pens to the exam centre.
- Photograph Requirements: Candidates must affix one passport-size and one postcard-sized (4’’x6’’) coloured photograph with a white background on the proforma provided during the NEET 2024 admit card download. The invigilator will collect these photographs at the exam centre.
- Footwear Restrictions: Wearing shoes, high heels, or sandals within the exam premises is strictly prohibited.
- Gate Closing Time: No entry will be permitted after the gate closes as per the specified time.
- Admit Card and Photograph: Candidates must bring their admit card with a passport-sized photograph affixed to it. Additionally, another passport-sized photograph needs to be affixed to the attendance sheet.
- Valid Photo ID: Candidates must carry a valid photo identity proof such as Voter ID, Aadhaar Card, Passport, PAN Card, Ration Card, or any other government document issued by a competent authority.
- Special Category Candidates: PwD category candidates should bring a valid PwD certificate to avail of the relaxation benefits.
- Dress Code: Candidates wearing light-coloured clothes with long sleeves will not be allowed entry. Those wearing traditional or customary dress must report to the exam centre at least one hour before the test starts to facilitate proper frisking without inconvenience.
