NEET Exam Centres in Punjab 2024
NEET 2024 will be conducted across 499 test cities, both within India and abroad. There is a very big volume of candidates that attempt NEET every year ranging up to 20 lakhs. To help accommodate this large aspirant volume, the NTA has created a lot of centres across India.
The number of exam centres keeps increasing as the volume of aspirants increases. The high number of centres facilitates a smooth exam process for candidates. They can opt for centres close to their houses.
These exam centres have been carefully chosen by the NTA to accommodate a large number of candidates from various regions.
You can select up to 4 centres as per your preference for the NEET exam. NTA will then allot a centre to you and this information of the allotted centre will reach you via the admit card.
Before the admit card, the city slip/ intimation slip is also released which helps them know their centres beforehand.

NEET exam centres in Punjab are equipped with all the important stuff that is required for a safe and smooth testing environment. You will also have to follow some rules to make sure that the exam process can be smoothly conducted by the NTA.

NEET Exam Centres in Punjab 2024 Important Guidelines
Candidates are strongly advised to follow these guidelines and instructions to ensure a smooth and hassle-free experience on the day of the NEET 2024 exam.
Stationery Items: Items like calculators, writing pads, and pens are not allowed inside the exam centre. If you bring any of these items to the exam centre, you will be asked to leave them outside or discard them.
Photographs: Candidates must bring one postcard-sized (4’’x6″) coloured photograph which was taken on a white background. This photograph will be posted on the proforma that can be downloaded while obtaining the NEET 2024 admit card.
The exam invigilator will collect this photograph from you at the exam centre.
Footwear Restrictions: Candidates are not allowed to wear shoes, high heels, or sandals when they report to the test centre. Please make sure that you follow all rules.
Admit Card: Candidates should bring their admit card with a passport-sized photograph affixed to it. Additionally, one passport-sized photograph needs to be affixed to the attendance sheet.
Entry Deadline: No entry will be permitted after 1:30 PM, so candidates must arrive on time. Be punctual, or you might miss out on the exam.
PWD (Persons with Disabilities) Candidates: PWD candidates should bring a PWD certificate to avail themselves of any relaxations or accommodations provided in this category.
Dress Code: Candidates wearing light clothes with long sleeves will not be allowed entry into the exam centre. Those coming in cultural or customary dress are advised to report to the exam centre at least an hour before 12:30 PM to ensure that the frisking process can be conducted smoothly.
