How to Fill NEET 2025 Application Form

Follow these instructions for uploading the signatures on the NEET 2025 application form. Here they are:

1. The signature file should be in JPG format only.
2. The scanned signature must have a size of about 4 KB to 30 KB.
3. Signatures should be done in running letters, and not full capital letters.
4. You must sign with a black ballpoint pen on white paper only.
5. Uploading someone else’s signature will result in the cancellation of the person. It constitutes as an Unfair Means Case. This can potentially lead to a criminal action per the law.

NEET UG 2025 Application Form Thumb Impression Upload Guidelines

Proof of Citizenship Documents Required for NEET UG 2025 Application Form

If you are under some specific categories which are: Non-Resident Indian (NRI), Foreign Citizen, or Overseas Citizen of India (OCI). You need to upload these given below documents as a compulsory step:

1. Citizenship Certificate: You will also need a Citizenship Certificate. This certificate will be given by official authority of your Country of Nationality. The certificate must very clearly state a few things. These are your Citizenship/Nationality, Validity Period, date of issue, Issuing Authority, and place of issue.

2. Scanned Copy of Passport: If you fall under given categories, you must also upload a scanned copy of the passport’s first and last pages. 3. Other Government-Issued Documents: Along with all this, any other Document issued by a Government Authority under the Candidate’s Country of Nationality must be included. This may include OCI Card, which is ideally issued by the concerned Indian Diplomatic Mission or by the Ministry of Home Affairs (MHA) for OCI students only. This document includes details. Category Certificates Needed for NEET 2025 Application Form
