Taking care of yourself means increasing confidence. Eat well, get a good night’s sleep, and don’t forget to take breaks. Keep your body and mind healthy.
Being efficient while working plays an important role in getting results. If you feel better about yourself, you’ll want to do better work too.
Celebrate Your Progress:
When you achieve milestones, celebrate. Every time you cross a study milestone, give yourself a small treat.
You have heard about Pavlov’s conditioning, right? Just condition yourself to work for small treats in a similar fashion.
Journaling?
Maintain a progress journal. When you look at your journey from day one, I’m sure you’ll feel great about how you’re doing today.
Write down everything here, from the number of questions you were able to solve to the number of hours you studied that day. Any progresss is progress. You’re allowed to celebrate your journey.
Music of Positivity:
Find a playlist of motivational songs. You can also always listen to hymns and religious songs, believe it or not, there is positive energy in faith.
If you’re not big on faith, look for other calming songs and music, whatever does it for you.
Adopt Mindfulness:
Practicing mindfulness will make you feel so much more peace. You don’t even have to practice full-blown yoga, just learn pranayama and devote 15 minutes in the morning. This will set the mood for the entire day.
Revision of Already Memorized Notes:
That secret ingredient! Revise the notes you’ve already memorized, considering that you already remember most of it, you’ll gain a lot of confidence.
